Customer Communication

Instant Chat Widget

An instant Chat Widget is a live, online customer service tool with a help desk and web analytics capabilities. Companies use an instant chat widget as a single point of contact to manage all customer service and online sales activities that normally are provided using different channels and multiple tools.

The instant chat widget is embedded on a client’s website and is seen by the end user as a small chat box, which is usually displayed in the bottom right hand corner of the web browser. The chat widget can be seen on a desktop and mobile devices, either in the browser or as a part of mobile application.

We can add an instant chat widget to an existing website or as an add-on extra when purchasing a website package. The cost for an instant chat widget is £50.

Wordpress Blog

A blog is a discussion or informational site that provides commentary on a particular subject. A blog is used as an online brand advertising of a particular individual or company. A typical blog combines text, images and links to other blogs, web pages and other media related to its topic.

It is common for blogs to feature advertisements either to financially benefit the blogger or to promote the blogger's favourite causes. The popularity of blogs has also given rise to companies that will create a fictional blog to use as a marketing tool to promote a product.

Blogs used internally to enhance the communication and culture in a corporation or externally for marketing, branding, or public relations purposes are called corporate blogs.

Consumer-generated advertising is a relatively new online advertising development. It has created a new model of marketing communication from businesses to consumers. Among the various forms of advertising on blogs, these are blog entries or posts and may be in the form of feedback, reviews, opinion, video’s and usually contain a link back to the desired site using keywords.

Having a blog on your website is a huge advantage for the search engine optimisation of your site. The richer content you have, the more likely your website will be seen by a search engine.

We offer a Wordpress Blog as an extra add-on when purchasing a website package or we can add to an existing website for only £50.

Social Media Integration

Social media allows people, companies and other organisations to create, share or exchange information, career interests, ideas and pictures/videos in a virtual community and network.

Using social media platforms as a way of communicating with potential clients is a free and effective way to build an online presence for your business. Social media can also be used for marketing research where data is collected to show the exact time a client has searched for your company as well as comments and reviews that are made during that visit. Communication takes two forms: Company-to-customer in which a company may establish a connection to a consumer based on its location and provide reviews about locations nearby and user-generated content.

Social media can be used to promote sales and discounts. Relationship development and loyalty programs that allow clients who regularly check-in to receive discounts or perks.

Having at least one social media platform linked to your website will give a potential client reassurance of your company. Allowing your clients to leave reviews on purchased services or products and being able to communicate with a person at your company through direct messaging will give an insight into your company.

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat are in the top 15 most popular social media sites as of April 2016.

If you have a business social media account, we can integrate that into an existing website for only £50.
