Email Marketing

Email Marketing is a direct marketing tool used to send a commercial message to a group of people. Every email sent to a potential or current client could be considered email marketing. This usually involves sending emails as an advertisement, to request business or solicit sales, donations and is meant to build loyalty, trust or brand awareness.

Email marketing can be done to either sold lists or a current customer database.

There are different types of emails that can be used as email marketing. Transactional emails are based on a customer’s action with a company. Direct emails or interruption based marketing involves sending an email solely to communicate a promotional message for example: an announcement of a special offer or the launch of a new product.

There are so many advantages of email marketing, it is a cheaper and faster way to communicate with potential clients than traditional mail. Email marketing can be tracked and is often reported as the second most effective online marketing tactic. If compared to standard email, direct email marketing produces a higher response rate and higher average order value for e-commerce businesses.

We offer email marketing as a service using your own customer database. We will design a unique HTML E-flyer containing information provided by you, we then send out to all of your email contacts and then track the click through conversion rate and report on the findings.

Email Marketing costs £50 per campaign.

Google AdWords Management

Google AdWords is an advertising service by Google for businesses wanting to display ads on Google and its advertising network. The Google AdWords program enables businesses to set a budget for advertising and only pay when people click the ads. Google AdWords is largely focused on keywords.

If you have purchased a website package from us we will automatically set up your Google AdWords account and link that to your website. A Google+ account will be set up in the process which will give your website an online presence with the Google search engine. Your Google+ account will be needed to log in to Google AdWords and to manage your advertising campaign.

Your Google AdWords campaign will run for a month and will use all of your set monthly budget. Managing a Google AdWords campaign is a daily task, as the keywords change and either go up or down in price. If your Google AdWords campaign is not managed correctly, you run the risk of using all of your monthly budget in a day!

Depending on your monthly budget, your ad will appear in the sponsored links that run at the top, bottom or side of Google. For example: Using a £350 monthly budget, with a daily spend of £9.50 will get your ad to appear on the most popular days of the week. How long your ad will appear will depend on the number of clicks through to your website you receive. Once your daily budget is spent your ad will no longer appear and will re-appear the next scheduled day.

You can have as many Google AdWords campaigns running as you chose. Again it is down to your monthly budget. The larger your budget and the more campaigns you have running means your website will have maximum exposure. Each campaign will contain different keywords which potentially means your ad will be shown with every chosen keyword searched in Google.

We charge a monthly rolling fee of £100 for the management of a Google AdWords campaign.
